Halo!
I am Amit Gharse - Delivery Senior Software Engineer in Mphasis a Hewlett Packard Co. Well now I would like to share with some of my best experiences which I have faced in my life & lessons which I have learnt from them, this being the first of its kind on this blogspot.
Well since my childhood I have been quite a lazy guy, who was subjected to spoon feeding by all my family members & hardly got any chance to struggle. Due to this spoon feeding all through my childhood until the end of my college graduation I was quite a carefree, immatured, irresponsible person, lazy & developed the attitude that there is no need for me to struggle to achieve my goals. I felt that my family members are very influential & can do anything for me regarding searching a job or a bride for me. But I was wrong. Initially when I started looking for a job I was not so technically strong, since being from an influential family background I felt that there is no need to be, only influence does it all. But later on after having attended oodles of interviews & being rejected by many companies I started understanding only influence does not do it all, some talent, knowledge, sincerity, hardworkingness qualities should also be there among us inorder to achieve one's own goal. After this I started taking things quite seriously, became more self dependant, responsible, sincere & studied quite hard, improved my technical skills, struggled, gave many interviews & finally got a job in a small IT Co although not a very high salaried job but still a job which I secured on my own merit. This was my first achievement in life. Then I did not look back, struggled even more & got another better job in a SEI CMM Level 5 Co that too on my own merrit. And finally today I am working for a Hewlett Packard subsidiary Mphasis. My suggestion to all youths in this universe is that be self dependant, have faith & confidence in yourself, struggle hard & achieve all your goals on your own merrit without depending on others. Remember one thing that inorder to achieve success there is no substitute to hard work, success can be only achieved by hardwork, sincerity, loyalty, honesty & not by reference or influence.
Best Regards
Amit Gharse
